How long does it take to receive my order? Are rush services available?

Orders typically ship within 5-7 business days. Please allow an additional 4-10 business days for transit time. Unfortunately at this time we do not have rush services. 

The estimated delivery date is displayed on all of our product pages. 

How do I make changes to an order?

Because all products are made to order, we are not able to make changes to orders once they’re placed. Please double check ALL of your information including shipping address and order details before submitting the order.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We will gladly accept your unused merchandise under the following conditions:

  • All items must be in their original condition, which means not worn, washed, or used in any way.
  • No returns are accepted after 14 days of receipt.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs

If there is any problem with your order, if you have received the wrong size, color, item, or if it is defective, please contact us at info@pymagear.com and we will make it right.

Personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please read our Personalization FAQs for more information.

Do you have a guarantee on the products that you sell?

Our guarantee policy is very simple.

If we make a mistake on your order or the product is materially defective, we will refund or replace the defective product. Just contact us within 14 days of delivery.

If there is a problem with my order, what do I do?

You should contact us immediately by e-mail or phone. We want to help you resolve the problem as quickly and effectively as possible.

My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What do I do?

Please check with neighbors to make sure someone didn’t receive it by mistake. Please also reach out to your local post office. Oftentimes packages are marked as delivered prematurely and they will have them there, or will be delivered several days later. Please make every effort to recover your package through these channels first. 

Why does my shirt have a vinegar smell?

When unpacking a new shirt or hoodie with a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don't worry, that's not unusual - it's from a fixation agent applied during the printing process and it's not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent and both will go away after one wash. 

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards such as VISA, MasterCard, and American Express.  We also accept payment through Apple Pay and Google Pay.
